Performative Installation, 2019
Performative Installation as part of the graduation showcase MFA Creative Practice, Trinity Laban Conservatoire and Independent Dance London
The research practice on being-part-of nature was part of the second year MFA Creative Practice at Trinity Laban Conservatoire and Independent Dance London. It took many shapes such as outdoor movement sessions, mixed media installations, drawn scores, poetic texts, the facilitation of workshops and verbal and non-verbal discussions. The being with and staying with questions (in refernce to Donna Haraway‘s „staying with the trouble“) has been a process that later on manifested in the performative installation presented at Laurie Grove, London. Movement, sculpture and composition are means to set attention and intention towards the relation of the human body/mind to other-than-human-beings and the complexity of what nature is and means.
